I was just creating new script game (10 cities, 30 competitors), and then quitting to main menu. I repeated it around 20 times. Seems like there is memory leak somewhere?

I loaded your script file. The game ran without any problems.
1) Could you let me know which game version you are using? You can see the game version number at the top-right corner of the main menu.
2) If you start the game without using a script, does the error still occur?
3) There is also a possibility that there may be some hidden characters in your script file that needs to the error. You may ZIP the script text file and send it to me as an attachment.

Yes, the same error after 14 game restarts.

In your My Documents folder, you can find "My Games" folder and "Capitalism Lab Post-Release Beta" subfolder, please delete the file CONFIG.DAT, and see if it will resolve the problem.
Hmm.. I tested your script file and it loaded fine. And I asked the dev team about the mem error and was told that it was not due to memory leak. It was because the game tried to allocate a memory block that is abnormally high, and that may be due to some strange data in some files.
Did you only get this error after updating to version 2.4.03?
Did you run any of the earlier version 2.4.00 to 2.4.02 that worked on your computer?
p.s. I have sent you a private forum message which provides you with a new testing CapLab EXE file.
