Seems interesting, but would AI's really sell or would they really even buy for sale plots of land?

I've never been able to sell anything to the AI. Plus with land you can already sale it back without issue.

Love this Idea! Cause you could purchase land in the start of the game and have prime land that would be perfect for retailing so on .

I don't understand why this doesn't exist already, many AIs buy land in the downtown core and stays undeveloped all game.
