Community building bug?

Donated to a tennis court and a hospital and just after 2 months I got this:

That's over half of my monthly profit before while costs should be 5k$ for hospital and some pennies for tennis court

On the other hand this could be great accordance to the reality - the company donates to build the hospital, spends fortune on it and the public goes wow! The products sale raises up, the customers trust the brand more, the stock price goes up and at the end of the day the income of the sale exceed the fund amount. But this is not the case here...
