Business Unit Purchase

It seems that sometimes we don't need to purchase a whole company, instead, we would like to buy one of business units from a target company according to our corporate strategy, like Microsoft purchased mobile phone business from Nokia. Is there any way to make it true? I'm so eager to see that.
