thank you for your efforts to improve the game, having an "ear" to what the community wants.
I appreciate the intension for CapLab to focus on single-player. I know there are many guys out there, who want a multiplayer part, but I guess the "silent" majority of those, who play this kind of games are mostly playing for their own. ( my point of view)
My biggest problem with capitalism was, that it was too easy to win. There are enough posters here in the this forum, who want a stronger AI, me too. And I see Enlight is working on this. (God thank, hehe)
Once you got into the game mechanics, it wasn´t a big thing to establish an "imperium".
However, we all know that an AI never will be as smart as a human mind.
So what can be done to make this game difficulter to play for veteran players?
My suggestion would be to make the price calculation much harder and more important. Maybe an "Iron Mode" or something like that. I´m sure this would be no big deal to code .
Second point is, giving the community an Editor.
This could be much harder to manage. But if the community could create own scenarios, I´m sure this game would be still alive in a couple of years. I don´t speak about the random "battle generator". Cap2 didn´t have enough scens to play. And this would give us another opportunity to get this game harder.
I know that its not Enlight´s style to throw around with user-editors, but think about it.
I appreciate most of the new features you´ve done until now. And I´m glad that Cap isn´t dead.
In my eyes, the user-interface is one of the best I´ve ever seen. I allways come back to Cap (or 7k), because its so easy to get into it, without thinking about "what the heck did this button do?" or "where is this or that option again? ". That´s where Enlight did a great job.
After month of lurking here in this forum, I tryied about 20 times to register here, but never got a confirmation e-mail, which drove me insane, I´m glad finally it worked (don´t know why), and that´s at December the 31, what a present
