If you are using the Post-release Beta version of Capitalism Lab, the folder would be:
C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab Post-Release Beta\SAVE

The graph shows historical data whereas the text shows current figure, which may explain the discrepancy.

If they are historic chart, the number shift from positive to negative should still cause the graph to break zero line (x-axis)
