Crashing, icons not clickable

Hello,

I just bought a game and when I start it, all icons is not clickable, only tutorial.
When i click tutorial, game starts and after pressing enter, game crashing with a following message:

Can anyone help me? I really want to play this game.

I have experienced a few new crash messages if starting tutorial 2, instead of tutorial 1, because all other menu option not clickable, only tutorial:

FIXED. It was a problem with antivirus/firewall of eset nod32! WHen I disabled firewall and antivirus, no problem with a game itself!
