Can someone Please help me instal Real World Mod

1- I downloaded the Zip File
2- I unpacked the zip file in the Mod Folder
3- I started the Capitalism Lab game
4-I chose the MOD

How do I start the mod ?

How do I choose between 1900 and 2000 ?

I placed the two txt files "10 Cities 1900 and 2000" into the script folder BUT I do not know how to make them work.
