-Support for Locking and Unlocking a city in a script:

Locked=yes
If the above line is defined, the city will be locked and the player will not be able to build any business in the city until the city is unlocked. This happens when the player has achieved a goal with a reward that unlocks the city.

To define additional customized cities for the game, simply add another city definition block, starting with the City=<city name> line.

1) I tested the game by setting up various factories and department stores but didn't encounter any problems.
Did anybody else experience crash bugs?

2) I wasn't able to download your save game file with the link you provided. I recommend that you delete all files in your folder <My Documents>\My Games\Capitalism Lab Post-Release Beta\GAMESET and start a new game to test.

If the problem persists, please email us your save game file to info@enlight.com

I can download the save file, but I also didn't experience the crash.

I deleted all folders and documents under <My Documents>\My Games\Capitalism Lab Post-Release Beta\, then use the above save file uploaded by counting, and it still crashed when I click purchase department
I also re-installed the game, this issue exists

That's hell of a mistranslation, we all think "department" as actual department as real estate. What you mean is the purchasing unit.
