Great deflation with 3.0.10

Hi all,

I find something extremely strange.
I start a game using 3.0.10 DCL with revert inflation.
After 2 years, all cities went into persistent deflation.
The deflation has lasted for over 20 years.
Inflation rate is minus 40%, and is still going worse and worse.
I don't konw what caused this situation and how to solve this problem.

Don't use revert inflation problem solved.

We have modified some code which we believe should have fixed the issue. You may test the latest version 3.0.11 and see if the problem still occurs.
