Will there be a administration option in the game when a company goes under. I think Cap 2 had it that if you were the main share holder you had an option to buy ( I think ) but is it possible that other institutions could buy retail and housing along with corporate companys. In all of my previous games on Cap2 I found that when I was the only company left citys were decimated when the last few companys fell over, which isn't quite how things would really work. IE When leaman brothers collaped in the US, the vast majority of there assets were sold they weren't just knocked down. Housing tenants could buy there own apartments out and retail buildings would of been re-leased to the tenants ect. I agree that industrial units may of be pulled down but then Detroit in the US, this didn't happen although allwoing derelict propertys could again bring an extra feature to the game as it could give property developers away of buying large amouts of land at relatively cheap price so they can redevelope and increase land value. It also may allow other comapnys to decrease surrounding land prices as part of there stratergy.

Would it be possible to have software manufactors in the game, you could have pc software, phone, future tablet software, car software, console software manufactors. The reasoning that I have behind this is Microsoft, google, Apple, face book ( sort of ) all started in the garage and now are some of the biggest corporations in the world but Cap 2 hasn't taken this into account so far.

I don't think this would improve the game but it's where alot of investment is spent in the real world, Could it be possible to make a commercial airliner, future space passenger transport, train and boats.
I'm Only looking at this as a future option but in the UK Virgin have created a international airliner all be it with another commercial air company, a space passenger transport and they also own a railway company thats run independantly of the normal UK rail franshise and even have different trains to the rest of the normal rail stock that is much quicker.

Another business is phone tariffs and 3gs services for tablets. Again just looking at the real world Virgin also offer a tariff for phones and operate alongside large companys like Vodaphone. Even our supermarkets have gone down this route and offer tariffs from the selves.

Insurance if financial institutions were to be considered, again in the UK supermarkets and even Virgin offer insurance. Again these are just ideas and I don't think it would improve the game but if you were to introduce insurance it would just be another facit for that industry, I don't think it would be hugely difficult to add to the game as every business would require insurance and you could perhaps just change the % at what you charge and have a several options for insurance. Then when a random event occurs like in Cap 2 currently they would have to count the cost dependant on the insurance the company took out. IE In the UK Lloyds of London nearly went bust after several huge events occured around the same time.

Again these are all ideas for the game but are they are all currently been used in the real corporate world.
