CEO Salary and Subsidiary Training

The salary bar for the CEO doesn't seem to work properly.
It will click once in awhile to a certain number but generally doesn't work at all.

The option to let the subsidiary CEO adjust training doesn't shut it off.
I set training to max for a certain sub factory but they turn off the training after a few days.

I am having all of the exact same issues. Also if you check to have the CEO not adjust advertising and then you set advertising from their HQ, the CEO will adjust it anyways. I've seen many of my subs take on large losses in the name of advertising.

Also I've noted that if I start a sub with a lot of cash they will immediately go and buy technology even if I check the box not to purchase tech. I think this may be a timing issue, but I'm going to continue to test this out.

This issue should have been fixed in v3.0.16 already. Did you see it still happening?

For the other issues, we will investigate and get them fixed in the next patch.

Yes this is still occurring in 3.0.16. However I need to test if this is a time issue. I'm wondering if the game time set at a high rate compared to the time it take for me to set the sub up and change the settings.
