I tried to start a new game and it keeps crashing.
Went to new game, custom game, start.
Re installed fresh 3.0.11 and put the .19 update on.
Same error.
It is referring to the tech.dbf in the mod file but there is no mod loaded or in the mod folder.
The game starts when I load the CAPMOD test mod that seems to be included with the game.
