Pre-defined Factory Layout does not work for New products
Although the product(Notebook) was researched by the subsidiary the Pre-defined Factory Layout for the Notebook product says that the product has not been invented if the Chairman(Player) of the parent company tries to set it up.

This bug will be fixed in the next patch v3.0.21.
