Suggestion: Subsidiary Scope of Retail

For having focussed & industry specialized subsidiaries there should be an option to limit the scope of retail, similar to the feature of the scope of production in the Career view of the CEO of the subsidiary.

Else the subsidiary starts to opens up competing stores for livestock products.

Also it provides the Chairman(player) the ability to have more control over the expansion policies of the subsidiary.
