Suggestion: Roads / Green

wouldnt it be possible to make roads buyable too and change road layouts as needed, also to plant green, parks, trees, as when ya buy the land all trees and parks getting bulldozed and they seem to count for the sport & greens rating. would be great for those prefering the real estate part of cap lab to develope nice estates, also its a big issues especially when modding the game that ya need ,like in realworld 10.29, 125 shops per city to cover every single product (near 500 shops per city to cover demand of every product) and with the preset road layout its near to impossible to build the shops together with apartments for shopping convinience and the traffic index of the shops, as shops are mostly 2x2 and building squares 4x5 6x6 and bigger, no road no shop.
also the A.I. doesnt bother about roads they put their stuff in the green without any roads connected to it. when taking over a real estate corp that put too many houses up, i have to bulldoze 99% of its houses to redevelope due to the stupid way they build it up. that wouldnt be neccessary if the road layout could be changed around/inside the estates and the remaining land just plant few trees / parks. would give an awesome nice look to the estate.
