Transfer bug in 3.0.21

I cannot transfer apartments or office buildings to subsidiary companies.

No error, it just doesnt do anything when trying to transfer an apartment or office.

yeah never worked for me either as neither of those buildings has a relocation button, all ya can do is rip it down. (at least in 3.0.20) havent the newest patch yet

This will be fixed in the next patch v3.0.22.
