We will investigate the problem.
Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
2) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.
You can find save game files of Capitalism Lab from :
C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab Post-Release Beta\SAVE
You may provide us with your save game file by posting it here on the forum as a ZIP file attachment or email the save game file to us at info@enlight.com.

My statement didnt make much sense: After selecting the phone which made by my parent company factory - Attempted to sell it in a subsidiary retailer and I then received the error message and game crash. This has happen several times.

I've tested your save game by building several retail stores on behalf of your various subsidiaries and had them buy mobile phones from your parent company.
But none of them led to crashes.
Attached is a screenshot.
Could you provide a more specific way to trigger the crash?
Could you send me a save game with an existing retail store of your subsidiary (instead of my having to build a new one) which I can use to purchase the mobile phone?

For some reason, I couldn't trigger the bug with your latest save game either.
But our programmer has modified some code that should prevent the bug from happening and it will be available in the next patch v3.0.22.
