Somethings not right

Hey,

Just installed latest version as of the newsletter put out.

I started a new game with 40 competitors and.... Nobody else is building anything, anything at all.

There are no competitors farms, factories, retail business's anywhere on the 7 cities that I've chosen.

Maybe somebody knows something obvious that I've setup wrong to cause this?

Is anybody else experiencing this?

If the AI competitiveness is set to low, the AI will wait for a few years before starting building anything.
