bug?: can build for subsidiary at 52%

so I accidently built a factory for my subsidiary which I own 52% of I went to try and close it and it says I can't interfere with its operations until I own 75% isn't me building a firm interfering with its operations?

This will be fixed in the next update v3.0.23.
