Tender offers to subsidaries - voting right

Post by anjali »

in cap lab, the AI CEO of a subsidiary company does decite himself on tender offers.
is there any chance to get back the old system, where those kind of tender offers are forwarded to the parent company in this case the player to decite if the stock shall be sold or not, it makes no sense to forbid the CEO of your sub to invest in stocks when he does sell out stocks especially when the sub holds holds 40% or more of another corporations stock and you want majority. its impossible to achieve as the corporation you wanna control, does buy back the stock from your subsidiary corp without asking you

in capi plus, once you got 50.01% of a corporation, any tender offers were brought before the player (parent corp) to decite if or if not to accept the offer. it would be nice to get this back else its totally pointless to have managment policies if the CEO still can do what he wants.

David,

Can we get a response on this I seen that stock splits have been implemented but Tender Offers has been a desired feature which will greatly enhance game play. Is this being worked on?

We will address this in the next update so that the AI CEO of a subsidiary company will not accept on any tender offers.
