3.3.02D Bug: Supplier Filtering not working properly

When I'm stocking products in stores via the Plan Layout Library for all products once I set the filter criteria it works for every product except the frozen meats. When I click on any frozen meats purchase unit and click link it brings up the supplier window with the filters it just doesn't go down to the frozen products.

Hopefully this makes sense..this also occurred in 3.3.02C

Update: Well it looks like in 3.3.02D it affects a ton of products so the product it does work correctly for is Grape Juice.
