I am focusing on retailing and i always find that suppliers will stop some goods. For example Computers, Smart Phones, and the list goes on. How can i get a constant supply. Also i find that goods that should be available are not so how can i get these companies to supply goods.
I am using the Subsidiary DLC and Real World mod.

Re: How can i have constant supply goods
There is no way to be retail only and ensure a constant supply of a specific good is the short answer. I've never used it but in a custom game in one of the tabs is a button that you can check off that says constant supply, and I'm pretty sure this means that seaports don't change their goods, which would be a solution of sorts to you problem.
This game gives you incentive not to follow a retail only strategy for several reasons. The first is seaport goods are limited in variety (based on how many seaports you have selling consumer goods per city) The result is on day 1 not every type of consumer good is available for retail (which makes them attractive to manufacture)
The second reason is seaports are prone to supply disruption in two forms. The first is there's a limited supply, so if you're retailing goods from the seaport and so are multiple ai retailers your purchasing units can't keep up with your sales units when you see the supply bar of seaport goods drop.
The third reason is product disruption at the seaports. I've seen some products at seaports last 5 or 10 years but typically seaports will drop a product by the 2 year mark and you have to look for a new product being offered by a seaport. If you really wanted to be retail only you can retail products manufactured by the AI. The only way an AI stops manufacturing a product is if they choose to close down the factory because it isn't profitable from what I can tell. This can be profitable sometimes but is often a weaker strategy than manufacturing your own goods because the AI might retail its own product and set the price at a level where retail stores don't enjoy a strong profit margin.
Hope that helps
edit: When starting a custom game in the products tab is a box you can check off that says constant import supply. I would imagine that means that seaports don't change the goods they offer.

The best way to maintain a supply of good even perishable is Warehouses and self-manufacturing.
you Factor(ies) > Warehouse > Stores.
you Factor(ies) > Warehouse > Stores.
