Closed Beta Patch version 4.2.07 is now available for download from:
http://12299.cdn.beyondhosting.net/caplab/CB4207B.zip
Then extract the ZIP file to your Early Access version of Capitalism Lab program folder. You can open your Capitalism Lab program folder by right-clicking on the Capitalism Lab Post-release Beta game icon and select “Properties”, then select “Open File Location” to open the folder.
If you are using this DLC for the first time, you need to download the Installer of version 4.2.00 first. Please see this post for the details: http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... =16&t=3704
(The saved game files from versions older than 4.2.06 are not compatible.)

its actually possible to make a cities cash go down, just by building and then demolishing things... (as a player or ai company)
EG I build a department store and the land costs 871,502
The city goes from 100,319,127 to 101,162,852
Game runs for a few seconds then I close the firm
City goes from 100,319,127 to 100,305,238
That's a 13k cash loss for the city when the city hasn't done anything...
