Further starting environment customization & editing feature

Post by coocoodas »

One thing that always bothers me is the fact that I start with 1m personal wealth and 10m corporate funds rights out of MBA even when I start with 'very low' capital option. I already feel like a successful millionaire rather than a fresh graduate.

I would like to be able to set various values myself, such as starting capital, personal wealth, stock share, personal debt, etc. Preferably I want to start a game with all corporate funds as loans no no personal wealth, plus student loan I need to repay.

I firmly believe the largest strength of a sandbox game is its moddability and customization regardless of genre: Skyrim, Football manager, Sims, etc. For now I just need to be able to edit my starting environment, but in a bigger scope it would be great if scenario editor or in-game editor is provided as a feature or separate DLC.

I would really love to have larger customization tools available at hands.

I have forwarded your suggestion to the dev team for their consideration.

If you prefer to customize the exact amount of start-up capital for your company, you may use the following line instead:
Your Start-up Capital Amount=<1 to 10000> ($1 to $10000 million)

Available in v4.4.05: http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... =10&t=4046
