Website blocked
So, the website was just blocked for me at work and at home - the two systems being completely unrelated and with two different inet providers. Not sure what has happened, but my home network is claiming the site matches "malware and phishing". No idea how these things get flagged, whether manually reported or some sort of recognition routine, but I suspect somebody somewhere will need to get the site "unflagged" or else it may significantly impact visitor numbers going forward....

Re: Website blocked
We have tested it and didn't get any warning messages.
We also checked it with Google's Safe Browsing Tool, which you may check as well using the following link:
https://www.google.com/transparencyrepo ... smlab.com/
It reported that http://www.capitalismlab.com is completely safe to browse.
I also checked it with www.stopbadware.org.
https://www.stopbadware.org/clearinghou ... ismlab.com
And it also reported no unsafe content.
1) Could you please let me know which browser you used for accessing the Capitalism Lab web site? Chrome?
2) Does the problem persist?
3) Did you get the warning messages when you accessed this Capitalism Lab forum or the main site http://www.capitalismlab.com?
Did anybody else experience the same problem?

Re: Website blocked
Hi,
I'm using Blue Coat K9 web protection and it also started giving a warning yesterday on visiting capitalismlab.com.
The website was listed as suspicious.
I just selected allow this website forever so now the warning is gone.

Re: Website blocked
It was the forum site and I was using Chrome in both instances, but I also tried IE to be sure, which also flagged up. I didn't check main site tbh.
On my home network I had to specifically allow the site with my provider Sky and add it to a list of approved safe websites which is why it now works.

Re: Website blocked
Main seems fine, but bear in mind I have allowed the forum now, so maybe it works because of that. I can test at work when I am back next Tuesday.

Re: Website blocked
Both blocked at work, but I'm guessing whatever triggered the original blockage may have contributed to it now being on "the blocked list". Can't think of a rational reason why I could ask for further details - would be hard to argue that its an important work related website....
