Sth about Game Speed

When the game is running for decades, the game speed becomes slow ，even SPEED 5 is
slow,Is there sth to deal with it?

Whenever a new firm is set up and in operation, it requires additional CPU processing time. At the late stage of the game, where there are thousands of firms, the game will inevitably run more slowly.

To have a smaller number of firms in the game, you may start a new game with fewer AI competitors and fewer cities.

If you just want the game's time to pass faster without any interaction with the UI, then you may open the Manager's Guide or the Farmer's Guide which requires less graphical processing and the game as a whole runs faster.

I also have the same problem. Only my GPU and CPU get bored and still the game slows down ...

Why is that? Is there a solution for that?
