In farms factories and shops the cost of training is set to $0 for top level (9) employees, even if the training slider is at max traning.
In Software Companies and RD Centers however it is not the case.
Here the traning is still a cost, even if all hirees are at Skill 100 (unless you set the traing slider to no traning, of course )
Is this intensional????

We will modify the code to treat this the same as other firms - there will be no training costs when the skill has reached 100. The change will be available in the next patch.In Software Companies and RD Centers however it is not the case.
