What you said only concerns whose people who attempt to keep buying the same game from us and keep asking for refunds of the same game.

It is a universal policy that you could not do so in any online game stores, otherwise you would be able to play any games for free by just indefinitely repurchasing the same game and asking for refund.

So long as you the DLC that you are buying has not been refunded before, we will refund you.
