In real life, if a company is in the stock market, it can take the company out of the stock market. capitalism lab can't out of stock market, I want suggestions give can out of stock market.

Yes, I also want the option to delist an publicly traded company.

It is nice to have this option but I felt no differences if I owned 100% of my company regardless it is a private company or a public company.

That's true. It really does not make much of a difference.

That's true. It really does not make much of a difference.
Not really. If you can delist a company you can directly inject capital into the company. If its a publicly traded company you will have to issue shares (limited to 999,999,999 shares). Also, the market sometimes give your subsidiary a low valuation and this can effect how much you money you can borrow. If your subsidiary is publicly traded and the stock price is lower than it's book value, the parent company will not be able to borrow as much money. It's better to delist your company in this case.
