Foreclosures

Hope its not too late but it would be awesome if banks could foreclose properties from businesses that go bankrupt and resell them later at market price. In the current version of the game, when a business declare bankruptcy, it immediately demolish all their properties, sell the land to pay off their debts, and distribute the remaining cash to their shareholders. It would be better, in my opinion, for the banks to simply purchase all their properties at a fraction of the market value, and resell them later at full price. This is more realistic and it would make gameplay more interesting since there will be much more supply to choose from, instead of having to build your own store/apartments every single time.
