Currently, storgage does not level up except through intensive training via the HQ
Even then, the effect is negligible

Intensive training will be changed to the following in the next patch:
Intensive training will not affect Advertising Unit, Inventory Unit and Warehouse Storage Unit, as in the game, their functions are not affected by worker skills. (The storage space of inventory is fixed and advertising effectiveness depends on the media).
