minor ideas for small upgrades to the game

Hey as you know ive been playing Caplab for a long time. I dont touch my pc in the summer but winter time is coming and il be playing tons!! couple things id like to see change in the game that are minor...

1. I noticed that you can buy stores or businesses that are for sale, but you can never offer them 1$ lower then asking... which defeats the purpose of being able to change the asking price, Id like to see a negotiation happen... maybe I can offer something and the computer can counter and give it to me at a lower price...

2. Id like to also be able to set the price of the business I put for sale... for example I bought a news paper company for 96 million at the beginning of the game, I turned that from loosing 9 mill to making 16 million, I wanted to flip it and sell it so I put it up for sale and 15 years went by I never got 1 offer... Id like to set my own price when i put it up for sale. Sometimes I could be liquidating and il sell a store thats making me money for a decent profit.

3. I would also like to see a feature that I can make someone an offer to buy there store, or factory... even if its not forsale, in the business world everything has a price. Maybe i really want that factory thats making sandals and i am willing to pay 6X what its worth.

Anyway, just a thought let me knwo what you guys think
