BUG: Farm Livestock Plans cannot be applied.

New and old plans involving livestock raising units show "This plan has invalid items and cannot be used" even for plans newly created in vanilla."

The livestock raising unit in the plan is blank, even though it might have been created as Chicken, Cattle, Pig, or Sheep.

It looks like the preset templates (and many of my saved ones) are still broken. Newly created plans work, however.

I just tested it by doing a fresh installation of Capitalism Lab and deleted the old layout plan files from C:\Users\<Windows username>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE and all the predefined layout plans that came from the installation of the game are usable.
