Improvements in road construction mode.

Too many clicks to destroy and build roads in Road Building mode.

If the road construction mode is modified to be able to construct or destroy all roads existing between two line segments, it will be easier to use the road construction mode.

Our economic simulator needs to be further developed.

Currently this feature is still an experimental one. When we have received more user feedback on it, making sure that it does not have any negative impact on the gameplay, we will improve it.
