Game crash - Error on file: LayoutPlan.cpp Line 84

I've been playing the game for a few days now and when I get to November 4, 2005 it crashes with the error:

Error on file: LayoutPlan.cpp
Line: 84

I purchased Capitalism Lab w/ 3DLCs package. I am running v6.3.08. I am only using the Subsidiary and Digital Age DLCs currently.
I have 1 subsidiary setup which is probably doing something internally to cause the crash.

We will investigate the problem.

Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?

1)     The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
2)     If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

You can find save game files of Capitalism Lab from:

C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE

You may email the save game file to us at info@enlight.com.

Thank you for your responses. I did unzip the patch that was e-mailed last night.

The issue I have now is that my saved game is no longer available, do I have to start the entire game over?
