Currently, the very low startup capital is $15m. That is a LOT of money.
I'd love it if it was possible to start the game with really low levels of capital. I know it's possible to configure it in a script and get startup cash of $500k, but there is still the problem that the only option to start businesses is to buy land to build on - how about making it possible to rent property already built? I think it's rather unusual that the first thing a new business does is lock most of its capital in real estate.

Nice suggestion, I like the renting idea. It could also open up a viable renting business option
