Game is slow after few years in game

Hi

I have been playing the game for years now, but never asked about this. I use to play the game in a fast peace mode, with 20 AI, and at the begining of the games days pass super fast, but eventually, after a few in game years, the days start passing slow. Is there any ways to fix that?

I have used multiple computers with diferent spects (good ones) and it is doing the same.
