[Feedback]Factory customer display problem

Hi, David and everyone
When looking at factory customers, I ran into a problem. When I click on the sales department, it correctly displays the number of my customers, but the customer details are blank.

Only customers who click on the product icon can display my customer details

The version used is 6.5.04, no mod
