Yes, its missing which means new people won't know it exists and for people like me that have it but don't know how to play it need to come to the forum for the link.

Does the new version 7.0.05 limit the maximum bond Issue Quantity limited to 1,000M? Now banks cannot issue short-term bonds and issue long term loans to profit.
