So, I just realized that Art Industry is missing. I think it could intertwine with several other aspects of the game.
If there was art there could be museums, Sotheby's etc. Players could invest in art to keep or resell.
Art could be connected to education so that people can build schools private and public. With this in place, players could also do philanthropy, like donating to places of culture, scholarships. There could be a prestige or charisma meter for the player or something.
