Speech for Tutorials and Scenario Descriptions
Now all the tutorials and descriptions of scenarios have speech accompanying the text.
Note: Since the speech is in English only, the game will automatically disable speech when the game is running in a non-English language.

In the latest version 8.0.05, you can add speech for scenario descriptions for non-English languages
The speech files can be placed in the folder \languages\<language>\scenario\speech (e.g. \languages\French\scenario\speech)
