Commercial building improvements

Allow other companies to rent out space in commercial buildings for banking, insurance.
The company that owns the building will receive: rental income
The company renting space in that building will receive: adjusted customer footfall and traffic

Additionally- allocation of commercial buildings for specific things, being able to place the Stock exchange, investment bank and bank buildings in new cities.
