I already use a lot of services that come from the real world mod. What I found strange is that alot of services require a 'business shop', which seems odd like the automobile services (that should be a garage).

I also miss financial services in the poll; like a broker, notary or accountant. I always set up a financial oriented subsidiary that focusses on banking and insurances. It would be great to say that subsidiary may also expand in Services but only service x, y, z.

A legal focussed service would be great too.

It would be cool if there were services that also affect the regular gameplay if they are present or not.

Engineering services, that affect RD or construction costs.
Architecture service, that must exist to enable mansions to be built in first place, and get tons of cash whenever someone builds a new mansion.
Private education, affects CITY DLC education levels, and competitiveness.
Private education part 2: allow you to build universities and research labs focused on coming up with new tech on their own, that then you can buy from them for example.
Transportation company: company has some "truck" count, that depends on trucks built on the cities. Affects freight prices.

hotels / tourism / airlines to use airport and of course public servides like gas water electricity (every building incl gov buildings should require those on apartments n commercials usage compared to occupancy)
