Added support for modding firm images in version 10.0.35

CapLab version 10.0.35 now supports modding firm images.

To get started, please extract the attached file to your mod_kit folder.

Just tried this out: Works perfectly.

One suggestion for the instructions would be to add that the images need to be 250X250 pixels. But otherwise it is straightforward.

Is there any plan to add other firm types such as sports, malls etc

(i ask as tennis.png appears for instance in both the firm folder and the sports folder)

(may also want it to specify PNG only in guide)
