How to Mod and please change cigarettes product

Please, i don't like a product like cigarettes, i'd like to see more fruits or vegetable for example, is this any chance to change it?
The people's name or company's name can be change with text editor in 1std file, and also quality and city names in same file as i did before in capitalism plus, to put real name for example...
I saw a field name NUM_CITES if i change the value can i add further cities in gameset?
And manipulate this file we can also change the abitants in every single city?
I hope David could help us because is a simple way to mod this amazing game.
